Reduce Tension & Stress Yoga Workshop

Yoga poses to reduce muscle tension and alleviate stress with Muna
Tension Release Process; a body centred approach to releasing tension held in your body as the result of stressful events with Susan
Savasana to integrate it all
Bring a yoga mat, a cushion and a blanket for warmth and comfort in meditation and relaxation. Some yoga mats will be available.
