During the workshop we share with you the following:
- Exploration of asanas (poses) to deepen your understanding of your practice, how consistency and awareness can allow us open further and take us deeper, and how we can gain peace in our postures
- Insightful approach to your body alignment, technique and benefits of poses
- Explore various breathing techniques
- Guided meditation (yoga nidra) to assists a deeper and longer relaxation and stilling the mind
This workshop focuses on how to refresh and enjoy your yoga practice. No matter whether you are a beginner or if you are more experienced and want to get into advanced poses.
